Brewster Students Earn High Marks for Their Artwork
In a letter to the school, State Rep. Betty Boukus says she was "truly impressed with the talent" of the art students.

Students at recently received a letter from State Rep. Betty Boukus in appreciation of their artwork which was on display at the state Capitol in November and December.
"Your work is beautiful and it would be a pleasure to have any one of those pieces hanging in my own home. Keep up the tremendous work," Boukus wrote. (See PDF for entire letter)

The art exhibit was sponsored by the Brewster Korn Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and featured artwork by students at both schools.
Art teacher Ruth Beames said the theme of this year's exhibit was animals. Students combined their creative talents with learning about the following animals.
