On September 27th, me and Katie Cavenagh are back in the SoulShine Salt Cavern at The Red Barn in Durham to honor the Full Corn Moon in Aries! With the changing of seasons, the first full moon of autumn is a time to start replanting for the next spring. New seeds of intention can be sown while still reaping the abundant final harvest.
Aries represents new beginnings, bold movement, and the audacity to live in accordance with your desires. We’re getting a push to revisit who we said we wanted to be at the beginning of Aries season in March, and getting an alignment check at the same time. This moon is asking, “What do you need to do to be who you want to be, and are you willing to actually do it”?
Join us for this special salt, sound, and Reiki event where you’ll experience a vibrational shift that leaves you feeling lighter, balanced, and more receptive. Let the sound of the gongs, the gentle flow of Reiki, and the fine salt particles in the air whisk you away to a place of peace and stillness. We're hosing some of Connecticut's most popular brewers! As part of your beer tasting experience, we invite you to arrive any time during the beer tasting hours and sample beer from three breweries that will be set up outside of the maze. Then, meander through the pathways of the&nbsp;corn maze!&nbsp;Last entry for the corn maze is right before sunset!&nbsp;After that, don't forget to play some corn hole, do a potato sack race, use the mini golf putting area, Jenga, and more!
We suggest you wear boots and bring a flashlight as it may get dark before you finish your journey in the maze!

On Saturday, October 3,2026 the Middlesex Livestock Auction will hold its Fall Farm &amp; Landscape Equipment Auction!( rain or shine ) We will start accepting consignments on Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday October 1 from 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday, October 2 from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. All small handleable items and non-running items must be in by Thursday, October 1, 2026 Preview will be Friday, October 2 from 9 AM to 6:30 PM please park on the opposite side of unloading for safety reasons Last sale we had over 1000 items We accept cars, trucks, Landscape Equipment, , heavy equipment, generators, welders, rider mowers, commercial mowers , horse, trailers, landscape trailers we have over 700 attendees, you name it we sell it !
