Open House: 50 Miller Rd. Circa 1742 Post And Beam On Idyllic And Serene Two Acres

SUNDAY JUNE 14, 2015 50 Miller Road, Middlefield from 4:15pm- 6:00pm

The David Miller home in Middlefield is a colonial dwelling built in
1741. It’s classic clapboarded post and beam frame sits upon a piece of
land steeped in Middlefield founder’s history. Much of the home retains
its original features including a large loom that still exist in the
attic dating back to the 1700’s, five fireplaces and original
floorboards. The home includes more recent refurbishments such as an
office and a bedroom with beautiful built- in features. The land it sits
upon is idyllic and serene featuring stone walls and a massive maple tree that sets the perfect scene for any family.
