The Coginchaug girls' soccer team advanced to the quarterfinals of the Class M state soccer tournament with a 6-1 victory over Woodland Monday afternoon. Victoria Buonanni and Morgan Kuehnle each scored two goals for the Blue Devils, who outshot the Hawks 26-7. Lauren Esposito and Kayla Votto also added goals, while goalkeeper Kara Levine had six saves. Coginchaug will play top-seed Northwest Catholic at 2 p.m. in West Hartford on Tuesday, Nov. 15. Directions:  29 Wampanoag Drive West Hartford, CT North on Interstate 91 to exit 35B to Route 218. Take a left onto Route 218. Continue west for 4 miles to Route 189 (Bloomfield Avenue) and turn left onto Route 189 South. The Seminary is a half-mile down on the right.
