LIVE COVERAGE: Coginchaug Senior Trip to Washington, D.C.
Journalism students from the school newspaper, The Devils' Advocate, are reporting on this year's senior trip to Washington, D.C., via Twitter. You can follow along — and join in the conversation — through the CoveritLive liveblogging program.
Coginchaug's senior class has been traveling to Washington, D.C., for more than 30 years. The trip is an annual rite of passage that provides students with an opportunity to experience our nation's capital in the company of their classmates, teachers and administrators.
This year's trip begins early this morning when the students board a bus headed south. Over the course of their four-day trip, the seniors will visit the Constitution Center in Philadelphia and the Capitol building, various monuments, the National Mall and the Kennedy center in Washington D.C.
This year, student journalists from Coginchaug's school newspaper, The Devils' Advocate, will be covering the trip live via Twitter. Patch has set up a CoveritLive liveblog to pull in the students' Tweets as they happen so you can follow their adventures and leave comments of your own.
