Coginchaug Valley Education Foundation Grants Cycle

The Coginchaug Valley Education Foundation (CVEF) is offering help in the grant writing process: April 4th, 6:00pm - 8:00pm, Durham Library

CVEF is a non-profit community based organization whose mission is to “promote excellence, innovation and creativity in education for our communities.”

CVEF gives priority to:

>New and creative ideas

>Projects that promote educational opportunities for adults as well as school-aged citizens

>Projects that meet a perceived need in our communities

>Projects with built in sustainability

We welcome projects that promote the arts, culture, the environment, health, technology, and education.

GRANTS APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, May 2, 2016

Examples of this past year’s projects include Geocaching around Middlefield, Coginchaug Bicycle Club, Community Connections through Film, StoryStarter Hero Project, and Farmhouse Concerts.
