For those without internet access: You may call Connecticut's COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Assistant Line at 877-918-2224. This phone system was created through a partnership between the Department of Public Health and United Way of Connecticut and is specifically targeted to provide support for eligible vaccine recipients who have limited technology access or who have language, disability, or other barriers that could prevent them from using existing self-scheduling options successfully. The line will take calls Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.

You may hear directly from your health care provider or be able to schedule through your online portal.

Please note: At this time, Durham will no longer be holding first dose clinics. As we finish up with our second dose clinics, there is a possibility we may have extra doses. This is no guarantee, but if you would like to be added to the extra-dose list, you are welcome to go to the RecDesk page: https://durhamct.recdesk.com/Community/Program/Detail?programId=420and add yourself to the list. Please do not show up to a clinic without being called first or you will be turned away.
