Core Energetics Practitioner Announces New Clinton, CT Practice AND FREE Body Readings

Laura LaCascia (lauralacascia.com) is pleased to announce the opening of her new Core Energetics practice in Clinton, CT.

Laura is a trained Core Energetics practitioner specializing in the marriage between body psychotherapy and spiritual development.   Her extensive training allows her to help clients who have suffered emotional traumas find deep personal growth.  “A person who incorporates the body, mind and spirit will come to better understand themselves as a loving human being with a life purpose,” says Laura.  “My objective is to help guide each individual through the extraordinary process of self-discovery and transformation.”

In addition to her Core Energetics practice, Laura also holds a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology:  the study of people and/or an organization’s behavior.  She has worked in Corporate America for more than 20 years with a concentration in Human Resources for the last decade.  “I have always had inherent curiosity about why people do what they do,” says Laura.

Laura regularly holds Core Energetics workshops and events.   This summer she will be offering “FREE” body readings, a diagnostic tool performed by a trained certified Core Energetics Practitioner, which locates where people are holding back and where they are thriving.  Your body responds to the way you think, feel and act.  This is referred to as the “mind/body connection.”   A Body Reading can be incredibly helpful to those who are struggling with a particular issue in their career, relationship, or a life transition.
