Visit https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/OnlineVaccine to create a VAMS account. Once account is activated, you can search available locations and times for vaccination appointments.

  • Visit Hartford Healthcare at https://hartfordhealthcare.org... and access your Hartford Healthcare MyChartPlus account. If you don’t have an account, you can simply create one.
  • Call Hartford Healthcare at Hartford HealthCare Access Center at 860-827-7690 or toll-free 833-943-5721. Please note: Call volume is extremely high at this time.
