Those who are eligible can call 2-1-1 for assistance in scheduling an appointment and finding a vaccination site nearby.

Visit https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/OnlineVaccine to create a VAMS account. Once account is activated, you can search available locations and times for vaccination appointments.
