The Haddam Killingworth volleyball team defeated Old Lyme 3-1 in an exciting match Monday night. In the fourth game the spikers were down 19 to 6, before coming back to win 25 to 22. CC Zygmont had 3 assists, 13 service points and 4 kills, while Kirsten Carlson had 28 assists and 8 service points. Ana Tarbetsky had 20 kills, 7 service points, 5 aces and 16 digs. Brianna Church had 8 kills, 11 digs and 11 service points, as Emma Soneson and Jenna Martin each served 10 points. The volleyball team is 11 and 3. -- Coach Richard Langer
