Donations Sought For Durham Recreation And Lions Club Summer Concert Series

2021 SUMMER CONCERT SERIES

Dear Potential Sponsor,

We are pleased to announce Durham Recreation and the Durham Lions Club will be partnering for our 4th annual 2021 Summer Concert Series held at Allyn Brook Park, Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00p.m. Proposed dates for the concerts will be; June 24th July 1st July 8th July 15th July 22nd July 29th August 5th August 12th.

This year, we are looking to raise $4,500.00 through individual and business sponsorship. We would be most grateful if you would consider a donation of $100-600. Any amount larger or smaller is also welcomed. Your support to the Summer Concert Series are important to making this possible for our community. In return, sponsors will be featured on a banner down at Allyn Brook. We will also mention you on our social media and any other public avenue we use. Thank you in advance for your sponsorship and for your investment in our community.
Checks can be made payable to: Durham Lions Club with Summer Concerts on the memo. Please send checks to: Durham Recreation, P.O. Box 428, Durham, CT 06422. You may also drop off donations at the Recreation Office at Durham Town Hall.

We would also like to thank last year’s sponsors and volunteers who helped make the Concert Series a very successful event, enjoyed by our community.
