Durham Armed Robbery Investigated

Among the items taken was $20 worth of pennies.

DURHAM, CT — State Police are investigating after a man robbed the Valero gas station on Main Street Sunday morning.

Police were called to the scene at 7:24 a.m. The suspect was armed with a knife and took $130 in bills, $20 in pennies and five packs of cigarettes, police said.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5'10'' with a husky build. He had a slat and pepper beard and mustache.
