Durham Assessor's Office Closing Briefly

Post from Residents of the Town of Durham, CT:

• The Assessor’s office will be closed Thursday 2/12 through 2/17. Regular office hours will begin Wednesday 2/18.
• Any persons wishing to appeal their Personal Property ,Real Estate, or Supplemental MV assessment MUST submit an appeal application to the Assessor’s office no later than 2/20/2015. Applications can be obtained from the Assessor’s office, or, from Jenn in the land use office (Building Dept.).
• Please note: Applications received after 2/20/2015 will not be heard by the Board of Assessment Appeal.
