Schedule for Flu Clinics
• Must be at least 4 years of age, and in good health
• Flublok influenza vaccine will be offered to participants 18 years of age and older (traditional vaccine for those under under 18)
• Vaccine administered by injection only (nasal spray not available)
• Participants without insurance may be eligible to receive a flu shot at no charge
• Bring valid ID (e.g. driver’s license) and insurance card (co-payment not required)
• First-come, first-served (appointments not taken); residency not required
