There is one open position for an unaffiliated Justice of the Peace (JP) for the Town of Durham.

Apply between August 1, 2020 and November 1, 2020

Incumbent unaffiliated Justices of the Peace who reapply shall be reappointed. For the one open position, if there is more than one application received, a lottery will be held to determine the winner and the remaining applicants will be put on a list to fill vacancies as they occur within the unaffiliated JP office.
