If the temperature in your refrigerator or freezer is at or above 45 degrees for more than 2 hours, throw away perishable foods such as beef, poultry, fish, dairy and cut fruits and vegetables.
Food can be safely refrozen if it still has ice crystals on it or has stayed below 45 degrees.
Food that has been stored in the refrigerator and still has a temperature of less than 45 degrees may be cooked (if a gas grill is available) and eaten within 2 hours.
If there is any doubt as to the safety of the food, it is best to discard the food rather than take a chance of contracting a foodborne illness.
