TONIGHT: Sustainable Durham Housing Profile Presentation

The Town of Durham is seeking to earn Sustainable CT certification.

"Healthy, Efficient and Diverse Housing" is one of the 9 action categories of the program. Housing is also a required section of the Plan of Conservation and Development that was updated by our Planning and Zoning Commission in 2016. A diverse, affordable, healthy and desirable housing stock is important to a strong community and can add value to the grand list. Collecting, reviewing and analyzing our municipality's housing data is an important step in planning for the community's housing future, setting the stage for conducting a housing needs assessment and strategic plan.
