Durham, Middlefield's Weekend Weather Includes Slight Chance of Storms

It looks like a tale of two states regarding Connecticutβs forecast for the weekend of Friday, June 12.
The National Weather Service issued another βHazardous Weather Outlookβ for Hartford and Tolland County for the possibility of βisolated strong to severe thunderstormsβ between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. this evening.

βThe main threat will be locally strong to damaging wind gusts with hail a secondary concern. Heavy rain may result in the potential for brief very localized flooding,β the National Weather Service writes.
As for the rest of Connecticut including Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, and New London counties, youβll enjoy sunny skies on Friday with temps in the low- to mid-80s, and as of now, no chance of thunderstorms or showers.

On Saturday for all of Connecticut there is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms during the day but the weather service stresses itβs just a slight chance. It appears it will be mostly cloudy on Saturday with temps in the low 80s.
On Sunday, plenty of sunshine is predicted, with highs in the mid-80s.
