Durham Recreation Easter Egg Hunt Details

DURHAM-MIDDLEFIELD, CT - From the Town of Durham: 1. There are 1080 colored eggs hidden.

2. There are 5 golden eggs in each age category.

3. A child can claim one golden egg prize, if they find two golden eggs please give the second to another child in that age group.

4. Bring golden eggs to the prize table to collect your prize.

5. Parents are allowed to participate with children ages 0-2. If your child is 3-4 and won't go alone, you may join in on the hunt.

6. All golden eggs are marked with their age group.

7. No parent's will be allowed to participate with children ages 5-6, 7-9, or 10 and up. Parents may stand on the outside of the hunting area.

8. If your child has not found a colored egg please see the prize supervisor at the prize table for some eggs.

9. Eggs are colored and boiled and placed on the ground for the hunt. Please do not eat the eggs.
