Durham Town Clerk To Hold Weekend Office Hours Before Referendum
If you are unable to come to Durham Town Hall, you may designate a person to pick up your Absentee Ballot for the May 2 referendum.

DURHAM, CT — With the Region 13 budget referendum scheduled for May 2, the Durham Town Clerk's office will hold additional office hours on Saturday, April 29, to issue Absentee Ballots to voters who will be unable to appear in person at the polling location on the 2nd.
Absentee Ballots are available to residents for one of the following reasons:
1. Active service in the Armed Forces of the United States
2. Absence from the town during all of the hours of voting
3. Illness
4. Religious tenets forbidding secular activity on the day of the election, primary or referendum
5. Duties as a primary, election or referendum official at a polling place other than their own
during all of the hours of voting
6. Physical disability

The office, located in Durham Town Hall, will be open on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Click here for the application, which must be delivered in person on or before Saturday.
If you are unable to come to Durham Town Hall, you may designate a person to pick up your ballot.
