Durham Town Hall Closed Two Mornings Next Week

Durham, CT - Town Hall in Durham will be closed the mornings of June 15 and 16 to allow staff to learn Microsoft Office 365, according to officials.

"On Wednesday, June 15, and Thursday, June 16, the Durham Town Hall will be closed for training from 8am-12:30pm," officials posted on the town's website. "Town Hall will open for business after training at 12:30pm [on both days]."

In an email to Patch, officials said training on the hosted, cloud-based software program will "allow for increases in efficiencies, offer more tools for collaboration and communication and will have the ability to offer employees anytime, anywhere access from any device" that's connected to the internet.
