Durham Veterans Invited to Luncheon

The luncheon is for all male and female veterans of all ages.

The Durham Senior Citizens Board and our senior citizens are inviting all Durham veterans to a luncheon in their honor. At this time, as our nation is facing great challenges to its democratic principles, the board wishes to pay tribute to the dedicated men and women who served to protect and defend democracy.

This luncheon is for all veterans, young and old, women and men. It will be funded by the Senior Board and hosted at the Durham Public Library, 7 Maple Ave., from noon to 2 p.m., on Friday, November 7. The restaurant, Dine-In-Durham, will provide the food.
