John Greeno is the owner of New England Conservation Services (NECS), a residential energy efficiency services company based in Woodbridge offering Connecticut’s Home Energy Solutions and Home Energy Solutions-Income Eligible programs since they began in 2006. Prior to founding NECS John managed energy efficiency programs for the former Northeast Utilities in Connecticut and Massachusetts and ConnSave, Connecticut’s first state subsidized energy efficiency program. John and his company have won awards from the Department of Energy and the Electric Power Institute for innovations in energy efficiency.
