
Lynn Berger, author of βThe Savvy Part-Time Professional - How To Land, Create or Negotiate The Part-Time Job Of Your Dreams,β will lead a workshop on the workplace on Wednesday, December 7 at 7pm at the Killingworth Library as part of the Local Authors Series.

Berger, who resides in both Killingworth and New York City, will be sharing her thoughts on current trends in part-time employment, making a strong case for increased workplace flexibility and part-time employment as a viable option for: parents who want more time with their children but can't risk breaking the family budget; individuals seeking both stimulation and additional income; stressed-out overachievers who want more from life than a sixty-hour work week; and boomers who need and want to work.
