Connecticut Days at Lyman's

Free samples of Lymans and other Connecticut food products. Discounts, demonstrations, special offers throughout the day.

A  variety of Lyman products including applesauce, breads, pies, cheese spreads, jams and preserves, and many more will be featured during the event.

Other Connecticut foods being sampled include dairy products from Farmer’s Cow, salad dressings from Hopkins Inn, assorted pasta sauces from Frank’s Sauces and smoked meats from Nodine’s Smokehouse.

For all the cooking enthusiasts, an Apple Barrel chef will be conducting a cooking demo at 2pm – featuring a recipe for Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Lyman’s Cornbread Stuffing.
