Dinner in Durham to Benefit HELO

Elisabeth Kennedy, of Middlefield, co-founded HELO (Home, Education, Love, Opportunity) in 2007 providing a home for 12 children in a modest rented house near Les Cayes on Haiti's western peninsula.

HELO has since grown to include three homes and a school for 52 children and plans to expand to reach out to more of Haiti's orphaned and abandonded children.

Your donation of $30 will make a real difference at HELO, providing a days' meals for an entire home, or meals for one child for two weeks, or pay one-third of a teacher's salary for a month. You can learn more by visiting http://www.helohaiti.org/
