This workshop is great for beginner students and experienced practitioners.
- Pranassage ™ is a combination of Yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation.
- You will experience deep relaxation and support as a couple.
- The instructor physically assists the student to flow into postures to be felt from the inside out.
- If you come by yourself we will couple you with another student.
- Wear comfortable clothing, long pants, long sleeve shirt and that breathes, try not to use cologne or perfume.
