The Boston Pops at Tanglewood

Travel to Lenox, MA for a complete Sunday Brunch at the Dakota Steakhouse. After lunch, travel toTanglewood where the BOSTON POPS will be featured. The show will be conducted by the famous Keith Lockhart whose great work is world-renowned. The Boston Pops, “America’s orchestra” draws from a wealth of repertoire, including light classical music, selections from the Great American Songbook, marches, big band favorites and contemporary hits. Today, two of Broadway's most acclaimed stars, Kelli O’Hara and Jason Danieley join Keith Lockhart for a program of Pops orchestra favorites and a tribute to the great Cole Porter. Kelli O’Hara has established herself as one of Broadway’s great leading ladies. She recently starred in the Tony Award-winning revival of South Pacific, and garnering a third Tony nomination. Broadway actor, singer, concert performer, and recording artist, Jason Danieley has entertained audiences from New York's Theatre District and London's West End to Carnegie Hall and the Hollywood Bowl. He currently stars in the Broadway hit, Next to Normal. This is sure to be a day you won’t want to miss! The fee is $124 per person ($45 deposit due upon sign-up). Fee includes Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation, lunch, and admission to the Boston Pops Show. The bus departs from Killingworth Elementary School at 8:15 am  and from the HK HS at 8:30 am. The bus returns at approximately 8:00 pm.
