Property Location: 9 Maryland Drive, Tax Assessor’s Map #5, Lot #49
Proposed Activity: Request for a variance from Section 08.16.01 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit a 6’ fence on the property.

Applicant/Owner: Regional School District #13
Property Location: 106 Way Road, Tax Assessor’s Map #10, Lot #113
Proposed Activity: Request for a variance from Section 08.16.02 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit a 10’ fence on the property.

The hearing is open to the public, and copies of the applications can be obtained in the Town Clerk's office in the Middlefield Administration Building.
