Middlefield, CT - The Middlefield Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on July 26 at the Middlefield Community Center on Main Street to discuss the following items (written by town officials on the town's website);

Proposed Activity: Request for a variance from Section 08.16.01 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit a 6’ fence on the property.

Applicant/Owner: Regional School District #13
Property Location: 106 Way Road, Tax Assessor’s Map #10, Lot #113
Proposed Activity: Request for a variance from Section 08.16.02 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit a 10’ fence on the property.

Applicant/Owner: Regional School District #13
Property Location: 124 Hubbard Street, Tax Assessor’s Map #12, Lot #58
Proposed Activity: Request for a variance from Section 08.16.02 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit a 10’ fence on the property.

The hearing is open to the public, and copies of the applications can be obtained in the Town Clerk's office in the Middlefield Administration Building.
