Firefighters Extinguish Vehicle Blaze In Middlfield
Two vehicles caught fire early Thursday morning, and firefighter worked to prevent the fire from spreading to a home.
MIDDLEFIELD, CT — Firefighters limited the spread of a vehicle fire overnight, according to the Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company.
Crews were dispatched shortly after 12:30 a.m. Thursday for a vehicle fire. Firefighters found two vehicles on fire with fire extending to an attached garage.
Firefighters quickly knocked down the fire, limiting damage to the structure to a small portion of the garage, and preventing any damage to the living space of the home.
