Get Credit for Cable, Phone and Internet Service Outages

If you lost power during the recent snowstorm give your service provider a call, you could get a break on your bill.

If you lost power after the Oct. 29 snowstorm, you may be entitled to a credit on your internet, phone or cable bill.

Comcast and Cox Communications will issue credit to customers who lost service during the recent storm. Customers need to let the companies know how long they were without service.
