Middlefield Federated Church is once again offering a great discount card to the community. You can take advantage of 18 discounts for goods and services from local small businesses from June 20, 2011 through June 21, 2012 for only $10 with this handy little discount card.

To receive the discount card send a self addressed-stamped envelope along with a check for $10 made out to:
