The fourth annual Go Far Go Fast is quickly approaching. The race will happen at the Durham Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 1.
The races include: the "Bean" race (4 & under), 1/2 mile (6 & under), 1 mile, 2 mile (up to 6th grade) and the 2 mile( grades 7-12). Registration: 5/31, 6-8 p.m; 6/1, 7:30-9:30 am.
New this year, teachers are invited to race the 2 mile event with their students!
New electronic tag timing this year! Older kids, please race and then help mentor the younger kids! Run your best and race for overall and age group awards. Handcrafted animal trophies reflect the “Go Wild” theme for 2013. All finishers receive a medal. Get your entry in via mail or to your school by May 24, receive a t-shirt designed by Coginchaug student artist, Cory Hassmann.
