Higganum Road Improvements Project - Road Closure Update
New details on the project and road closure have been released.
From Town of Durham: Empire Paving, the contractor, has notified the town that Higganum Road will be closed near the intersection of Cherry Lane on Monday, July 8 and will remain closed until mid-September for the replacement of a culvert. There will be work done on the rest of Higganum Road, but there will always be one lane open to traffic.
Emergency Services, RSD13 and the Post Office have been notified.
