The Haddam Killingworth volleyball team defeated Coginchaug 3-0 on Wednesday night, winning 25-13, 25-13, and 25-19.
Ana Tarbetsky led the Cougars with 10 kills and 16 service points, including 9 aces. Jenna Martin served 5 points, including 4 aces. Brianna Church served 6 points and had 8 kills. Emma Soneson served 16 points. Kirsten Carlson had 23 assists. CC Zygmont served 7 points and recorded 4 kills.
The Cougars travel to Cromwell High School on Friday, Sept. 30 for a game at 5:30 p.m.
