How to Make Spiced Apple Cider

And who better to teach us than the folks at Middlefield's Lyman Orchards?

Post from Lyman Orchards:

What’s better than hot spiced apple cider in the fall? For a half gallon of cider (about 8 servings), combine 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 teaspoon of allspice and a teaspoon of whole cloves. Place spices in a small piece of cheesecloth or a coffee filter; heat the cider and spices in a slow cooker or in a sauce pan on the stove.

Enjoy! Hot spiced cider goes great with a cider donut, too!
