Laura LaCascia Announces New Clinton, CT Industrial/Organizational Psychology & Human Resources Practice

Laura LaCascia (lauralacascia.com) is pleased to announce the opening of her new Industrial/Organizational & Human Resources practice in Clinton, CT.

Laura holds a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology:  the study of organizational behavior and its employees.   She has worked in Corporate America for more than 20 years with a concentration in Human Resources for the last decade.

Laura’s consulting practice specializes in organizational growth and transitions.  Her time spent in the health care industry working for Fortune 500 Companies afforded her the opportunity to develop a skill set and knowledge dedicated to enhancing workplace performance. “Every business is a people business,” says Laura  “and the success of that business depends on workplace performance.  By reinforcing an individual’s or organizations’ strengths, productivity and satisfaction of work increase greatly.”

In addition to her work with companies, Laura’s personal practice specializes in life transitions.  Her services help individuals address and resolve any workplace issues including, but not limited to:
