From The Town of Durham: Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz has requested that Town Clerks provide a list of Vietnam veterans for a ceremony she plans to hold in each town. The criteria include:
- Served between Feb. 28, 1961 and July 1, 1975
- Must be alive
- Must live in Durham
