Middlefield Firefighters Responding to Two-Alarm House Fire [UPDATED]
Mutual aid is provided by surrounding towns.

Middlefield firefighters are currently on the scene of a 2nd alarm structure fire on Jackson Hill Rd. Durham Volunteer Fire Company, Westfield Fire Dept, South Fire District Firefighters IAFF Local 3918, Middletown, and Meriden crews are also on scene providing mutual aid.
The home, located at 324 Jackson Hill Rd., is a 2,236-square foot home, according to its Zillow post. It is off market and listed as a single family home with three bedrooms and two baths.

According to the Middletown Press, people are gathering clothes to donate to the family, specifically size 10 clothes and size 3 shoes for a girl, as well as sizes 8 and 10 clothes and shoes in size five and two, for the boys.
