Middlefield Residents Must Renew Dog Licenses By Mail

June 2, 2020

Dog registration is due during the month of June. The fee for registering is $8.00, for dogs that are neutered/ spayed and $19.00 for non-neutered/non-spayed dogs.
Governor Lamont recently extended the start date for the imposition of a late fee for obtaining this year’s license from July 1 to August 1, 2020, allowing plenty of time to mail in your request.
Please be sure to include proof of rabies vaccination with your renewal request.
If you no longer have a dog please call (860) 349-7116 or email us the addresses below and we will remove you from our computer system.
