The Town of Middlefield Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) will hold a public hearing pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-255 on September 16th, 2020 at 7 pm at the Peckham Park Pavilion, 161 Strickland Road, Middlefield, CT. The Middlefield WPCA has proposed sewer use charges as follows: The Lake Beseck Sewer Area; use charge of $700.00 per EDU payable semi-annually in October and April.

Any interested persons may attend and comment on the proposed sewer charges. A complete copy of the proposed charges is on file with the Town Clerk of Middlefield, CT.
