The Town Zoning Board of Appeals of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom, on the following application:

Applicant/Owner: Justin Johnson
Property Location: 36 Miller Road, Tax Assessor’s Map #18, Lot #10
Proposed Activity: Request for a 15’ side yard variance from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations for the construction of a garage attached to the existing house.

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Administration Building and on the Town website for public inspection.
