AS OF 445 AM...THE LAST BAND OF MODERATE SNOW EXTENDED FROM PUTNAM AND NORTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTIES INTO SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT. THIS BAND WILL CLEAR THE REGION BEFORE 6 AM LEAVING ONLY OCCASIONAL DRIZZLE. TEMPERATURES ARE CURRENTLY AT OR JUST ABOVE FREEZING AND THEY WILL SLOWLY RISE TO THE MIDDLE 30S BY 8 AM ALLOWING FOR GRADUAL MELTING.
