
Position Posting Part-Time Program Coordinator (15-20 hours per week)
Position Description: Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator has the overall responsibility for managing and coordinating educational presentations for parents, designing programs for youth, supervising programs for youth, and co-advising clubs for students to provide substance free activities. This position will also be responsible for helping with administrative office tasks including but not limited to sending out Constant Contact e-mails, and designing flyers for programs. Significant organizational and interpersonal skills are required in order to work collaboratively with youth, youth advisors, parents, and staff. The Youth Program Coordinator will work closely with the Prevention Coordinator to ensure well balanced programs are available to Durham and Middlefield youth and families.
Preferred Experience: Experience working with youth and developing and facilitating programs is preferred. Work Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week. Candidate must be able to work after school hours and occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed.
