Public Hearing Date Set For 2017-18 Middlefield Budget Presentation

MIDDLEFIELD, CT — The town's Board of Finance will hold a public hearing Thursday, March 9, for the presentation of Middlefield First Selectman Edward P. Bailey’s proposed budget for the fiscal year 2017-18, officials announced.

The agenda for the hearing is as follows:

1. Call to order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approval of Agenda
4. Brief introduction to the budget process
5. First Selectman’s presentation of the 2017 – 2018 Budget
6. Public comment
7. Adjourn

The hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Middlefield Community Center.
