Region 13's $34.08 million 2012-2013 will be presented during a public hearing Wednesday night at Coginchaug High School. The budget is a 3.27 percent increase over the current year's budget and includes funding for full-day kindergarten. Residents will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing. A referendum on the budget is tentatively scheduled for May 8 in Durham and Middlefield.
