Legal Notice Town of Middlefield, CT Water Pollution Control Authority

Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-255 the Town of Middlefield Water Pollution Control Authority filed with the Town Clerk of Middlefield on September 18th, 2020:

1) The Lake Beseck Sewer Area; use charge of $700.00 per EDU payable at $350.00 semi-annually in October and April.

Any person aggrieved by these sewer use charge may appeal to the Superior Court within twenty-one days from the filing of the charges with the Town Clerk of Middlefield pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-255.
