If you didn't receive a renewal notice you are still required to license your dog, and may do so at the Rabies Clinic on June 2nd. Per Connecticut state law CGS Sec. 22-338 all dogs over six months of age must be licensed annually by June 30, 2019. Late fees apply beginning July 1st or each year.

All dogs must have a current rabies vaccination and proof of sterilization to pay the lower fee of $8.00; unsterilized dogs are $19.00. When a spayed or neutered dog is licensed for the first time, a certificate from a licensed veterinarian must be presented. Rabies certificate must be presented at time of licensing (if the renewal notice shows the rabies vaccination has expired).
