Rain Postpones Coginchaug Boys Soccer Tournament Game
The Class S matchup between the Blue Devils and Litchfield was originally scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
Heavy rain has caused postponement of Thursday’s scheduled Class S boys soccer tournament game between No. 29 Coginchaug and No. 13 Litchfield.
The second-round contest will now be played Friday at Litchfield High School at 2 p.m.
Coginchaug, fresh off a 13-0 drubbing of No. 4 Two Rivers in the opening round, has a 7-9-1 record; Litchfield stands at 10-5-2.
